Tandem Theatre has delivered the Arts Award programme with various Youth Offending Teams/Services across Greater Manchester managed by TiPP (Theatre in Prisons and Probation) funded by the Arts Council through Unitas. This has consisted of:
- Three Summer Arts College’s for Salford Youth Offending Service where young people achieved the Explore and Bronze Arts Award
- One week arts college, focusing on music, where young people achieved the Explore Arts Award with Manchester YOS
- One week arts college for Salford youth Offending Service where young people achieved the Explore and bronze Arts Award
- One week arts colleges where young people worked with Key 103 radio station and achieved the Bronze Arts Award with Stockport YOS and then Bolton YOT.
- Two one week arts colleges with Tameside YOT
